Starcrim LLC is a privately-held real estate developer and project management firm specializing in managing various aspects of the real estate project management, such as site selection, due diligence, project planning, project oversight, quality control, construction, operations and marketing.

 The company manages real estate projects for major corporations, individuals and other developers.

 Furthermore, Starcrim provides real estate consulting to investors. To this end, the company offers acces to a wide scope of individualized services under one roof, which span the entire life cycle of the real estate investment process, including market research, property identification, acquisition and sale.

Starcrim's mission is to be a trusted, service-based company focused on offering comprehensive project management services to developers and its own projects.

 The company will orchestrate the process of real estate development from beginning to end. Starcrim will also partner with other investors or developers to develop multifamily rental housing projects.

General Manager

The position of General Manager is held by Mr. Joster Cárdenas has over thirty-one (31) years of business, management and leadership experience in the real estate construction and project management industry in Latin America.

  • In 1983, Mr. Cárdenas received a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering at the Universidad Central de Venezuela in Caracas, Venezuela.
  • In 1983, Mr. Cárdenas completed courses in Structural Engineering and Matrix Analysis at the Universidad Central de Venezuela in Caracas, Venezuela.
  • In 1986, Mr. Cárdenas graduated from George Washington University in Washington D.C, where he received a Master’s Degree in Engineering Administration.
  • From 1986 to 1996, Mr. Cárdenas worked as the Project Manager at Ingecivil C.A. in Caracas, Venezuela.
  • From 1996 to 2000, Mr. Cárdenas held the position of Managing Director at J y J Cárdenas Arquitectos e Ingenieros C.A. in Caracas, Venezuela.
  • Since 2000, Mr. Cárdenas has worked as the Head of Operations at Corporación Cárdenas C.A. in Caracas, Venezuela, and Lima, Peru.
  • Since 2006, Mr. Cárdenas has been the Director of Proyectplus C.A. in Caracas, Venezuela.
